Spring Retreat 2023
March 3-5
Join me for a weekend of yoga and joyful community! This retreat will include 2 nights in the mountains of southern Oregon, 4 yoga classes, and 6 meals catered by Paige Common. All levels welcome; love of laughter and silliness a must!
Approximate schedule:
Friday, Mar 3

Anytime after 2pm - arrive!

6pm -7pm - Dinner at The Lodge

7:30-9pm - Welcome practice (Introductions, followed by a gentle hatha/ restorative practice & journaling)
Saturday, Mar 4

7-9am - Coffee, tea & light breakfast

9:30-11:30am - Vinyasa/ restorative practice

12-1pm - Lunch
-
1-5pm - Free time! Read, write, nap, explore the property, play games - follow your heart!

5-6:30pm - Restorative practice, meditation, & journaling

7-8pm - Dinner
-
8-10pm - Games/ friendship/ chill time
Sunday, Mar 5
