Module 1: Finding Your Voice​
​
You've graduated from YTT. Maybe you're even teaching a few classes, but it's not a full time thing. You love yoga, and you want to share it with the world, but you have a few questions. Maybe you want to refine your cuing, incorporate philosophy into your asana classes, or simply learn more about the science of teaching. This program is designed to give you the tools you need to approach teaching with confidence and skill - because the world needs you!
This 8-week program includes:

Weekly Zoom session with Abby and your cohort of fellow teachers

Coaching on:

clarifying your mission and vision

class sequencing and theming

incorporating yoga philosophy into life and teaching

Optional: Abby observes and offers feedback on one drop-in class (in-person, or recorded with permission), or one private session (recorded with permission)​
Module 2: Evolving Your Work
You’ve been teaching for a while now. You’re good at it. But you’re ready to step it up. Maybe teaching has been a side-gig, and you’d like to make it a full-time thing. Or maybe you know, deep down, that you deserve to earn more for the work you do. This program is for those who want to turn their job as Yoga Teacher into a sustainable, full-time career.
This 8-week program includes:

Weekly 60-min sessions (phone, Zoom, or in-person, if you’re in Portland, OR)
