I created this subscription service in 2023 to help lower the barriers to your yoga practice.

 

One of the unexpected gifts of the pandemic was that it brought yoga into so many of our homes. Without having to leave the house, many people started or rekindled a love for yoga, as they no longer had to worry about making a long commute, securing childcare, or leaving their anxious dogs at home. ;) Of course, there is nothing quite like practicing in person, but for many of us, practicing at home has become all but essential, if we are to practice at all.

This is why I created the Friday Community Practice and my online Video Library.

​

Every Friday at 7:15am PT, I lead a 90-min practice, fully online: We start with a10-min check-in, a 20-min guided journaling session, and end with a 60-min yoga practice. Come for the first 30 min, or stay for the last 60! (Or leave whenever you want! You're at home!)

​

Can't make it to a live Friday class? Each month, I select 2 of our live-streamed yoga practices to post to the online Video Library. With any subscription (Member, Sustainer, or Supporter), you can access these videos forever!

And for those craving more individualized attention, have I got a treat for you! If you subscribe at the Sustainer or Supporter level, you'll receive a 30% or 100% coupon code on monthly private sessions, respectively. Private sessions can be conducted online, or in person, if you live in (or can travel to) Portland, OR.
